I am now just a little over six months pregnant and I think it is certainly time to start thinking about a nursery. When I was in L.A. last month, I was completely smitten with the interior of the Olive & June nail salon in Beverly Hills (see my post about it here). So much so that I have been thinking about it ever since and have decided to use it as the main inspiration for the nursery that I would like to design. The main color palette of this space would consist of pale to medium pinks, oranges, tans, copper and white. Textures like wicker, (faux) florals and sheepskin will also help create this updated chic bohemian style space. Take a look the design board I created for the nursery and the direction I am headed. I think it just feels feminine and happy. By the way I am completely obsessed with the entire range from Kalon (their cribs and changing tables are really stunning). Can’t wait to share this space in real life with you soon, but for now I am loving this mood board.
