Even though I often say, “I am not a pink person”, the truth is…I seriously dig the color.  I have come to this realisation over the past year when I quite regularly find myself drawn the the color (check out how often pink pops up on my Instagram). With that being said, I recently found myself in Los Angeles and of course completely and utterly drawn to the Paul Smith store on Melrose, which has one of the coolest hot pink walls ever.  I am so into this wall, not only because it’s an amazing backdrop for a photo opt (I’m joking…not really though), but because I find major inspiration in it to apply to interior design and my life in general.  It’s not just that the wall is pink, it’s really about the bold choice in color and design which makes this building stand out and so memorable.  This design exudes vividness and confidence which is a goal of mine for the new year.   Being near it got me all inspired and pumped up…thinking of how I need to bring more color and creativity into my own personal world of interiors for 2015!  I hope you are feeling inspired like me and seek out some cool places, spaces or details in your everyday life to help you in creating more colorful mind set for yourself in the new year!
